Filmed at Gallaudet University Studio in Washington, DC, “Seeds of Hope: The Andrew Jackson Foster Story” tells the story of the first deaf African American to graduate from Gallaudet College in 1954 and how he worked towards achieving his dream of establishing 32 Deaf schools in Africa.
