ASL Poetry and Literature video collections

This project was underwritten by a Digitizing Hidden Collections grant from the Council of Library and Information Resources (CLIR). Many people were involved with the project, including RIT Libraries, RIT/NTID Deaf Studies Archives, NTID Video Engineering, Marketing and Communications Videographer, Karen Christie, ASL Literature Scholar, and Interpreting staff, particularly Miriam Lerner who did most of the video voicing. The Office of the NTID President, Dr. Gerry Buckley contributed funds and video digitization cost-share. Collections were donated by Miriam and Kenny Lerner, Karen Christie, and Patti Durr and Stephen Jacobs.
