Potomac Chapter of the Registry of Interpreters of the Deaf (PCRID) is a local affiliate chapter of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf. While this organization is mostly made up of sign language interpreters who practice in Maryland and Washington, D.C., anyone is welcome to become a member. The goals of this organization are to initiate, sponsor, promote and execute policies and activities that further the profession of the sign language interpreter.
