Jewish Resource Center

The Jewish Deaf Resource Center (JDRC), established in 1996, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between Jews who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing and the broader Jewish community across North America. JDRC’s leadership comprises both Deaf and hearing individuals who collaborate to enhance communication access to Jewish services, rituals, education, and communal experiences. Their initiatives include educating the Jewish community about the needs of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals, advocating for inclusive policies, and developing resources to facilitate full participation in Jewish life.
