Deafverse: ASL Accessible Online Game for Deaf Teens

Deafverse is an interactive online game created by National Deaf Center designed for deaf teenagers, helping them develop crucial advocacy skills for success in high school and beyond. The game offers a “Choose-Your-Own-Adventure” format, where players navigate scenarios involving self-advocacy and work readiness. Accompanied by a robot sidekick, players learn to manage real-life situations, such as requesting accommodations and handling social interactions. The platform includes resources for educators and families, offering guides and activities to support skill application in everyday life.
