Deaf Overcoming Violence through Empowerment (DOVE)

Deaf Overcoming Violence through Empowerment (DOVE) is a Colorado-based nonprofit that has been advocating for Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, and Hard of Hearing (DDBDDHH) survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of abuse since 2000. DOVE provides advocacy services, ensures communication access, and delivers culturally responsive support within legal, medical, and human services systems. The organization also educates communities, conducts outreach, offers training and technical assistance, and provides youth advocacy, prevention, and resiliency services to support long-term healing for DDBDDHH survivors.
