Deaf Counseling, Advocacy & Referral Agency (DCARA) is a nonprofit agency serving Deaf, DeafBlind, Hard of Hearing, and Late-Deafened individuals in Northwestern California and the Bay Area. They offer a range of services, including community empowerment, employment assistance, youth and family programs, and interpreting services.
