Council de Manos

Council de Manos is a private non-profit organization that serves to protect the civil liberties of the diverse Latinx Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf and Disabled, Hard of Hearing and Late Deafened community. This organization provides resources from within states (i.e. agencies, organizations, programs, schools) and conducts outreach to connect communities to resources on topics, such as immigration, civil rights, criminal justice, education, ethnic studies, child and language rights, youth and voting.
