CODA Mothers with Two Deaf Kids!

Both mothers are Children of Deaf Adults (CODAs.) They wanted to have a kid, so they agreed on an unknown donor. Their first child was born Deaf, then their second kid was also born Deaf! It’s very rare for two hearing people to conceive a deaf child. Since no one in their family is Deaf, they decided to do a blood test. They got an answer: a deafness gene called Connexin-26! This film was produced by Seek the World.
