Chesapeake Bay Association of the Deaf

The Chesapeake Bay Association of the Deaf (CBAD) is a Maryland-based organization committed to enhancing the lives of Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals through educational, cultural, and social activities. CBAD promotes civic engagement, lifelong learning, and community building. Membership is open to Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and sign language users aged 18 and older.
