The Baltimore City Association of the Deaf (BCAD) is a Maryland‑based non‑profit that advocates for Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals in Baltimore, Maryland. Through public awareness initiatives, advocacy efforts, and a variety of educational and social programs, including regular Deaf Night Out gatherings and themed events like their annual Gala, BCAD fosters a supportive community and elevates Deaf rights.
