Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! Go walkin’ through the jungle and learn animal signs through stories, songs, and fun activities for the whole family with Kathy MacMillan, author of Nita’s First Signs, Nita’s Day, and Little Hands and Big Hands: Children and Adults Signing Together. This program will be presented in spoken English. For ages 0-5, 6-10 and adults.
Registration for this event will be open from June 18, 2021 @ 9:00am to July 2, 2021 @ 10:30am.
Sign language interpreters are available for library sponsored programs. For more information or to schedule an interpreter, complete the request form on the library website no later than one week prior to the event date.

Join this ASL event for children as we make bird feeders that will attract birds in Maryland. Voice over narration will be provided. To make the birdfeeders, participants will need pinecones, oranges, tissue paper rolls, birdseed, peanut butter, scissors, and twine. Visit the library’s event page to virtually connect.
