No registration is required to watch the event virtually on Facebook Live or YouTube\, though encouraged to receive Eventbrite reminders. \nPresented in partnership with Neighborhood Impact Investment Fund. \nDror Poleg will be in conversation about his work on technology’s impact on cities and buildings and his recent book Rethinking Real Estate.   \nWith technology reshaping the landscape\, particularly post-COVID\,  Dror Poleg  examines the future of how people live\, work\, and socialize. His insights have been featured in The New York Times\, The Wall Street Journal\, Bloomberg\, NBC\, Forbes\, The Times\, and beyond.  He is Co-Chair of The Urban Land Institute’s Tech & Innovation Council in New York\, Co-Founder of Real Innovation Academy\, and an angel investor. DESCRIPTION:This FREE event will be presented in-person and virtually\, registration required for in-person event. Registration closes April 4 at 12pm.  Please check back for Eventbrite registration. \nTunde Oyeneyin will be in conversation about her life and work\, culminating in the release of her book SPEAK: How to Find Your Voice\, Trust Your Gut\, and Get from where You are to where You Want to be. \nPeloton’s elite cycling and bike boot camp instructor has quickly become known for her empowering and motivational rides that force you to dig deep and open your mind. From addressing human rights and racial injustice\, to advocating the importance of “Soul Care\,” her devoted followers know they are unclipping with a better sense of self every time they strap in. Tunde most recently announced her book\, Speak\, an empowering\, inspiring memoir that shows how she transformed grief\, setbacks\, and flaws into growth\, self-confidence\, and triumph. Tunde believes that in order to S.P.E.A.K.\, you must Surrender\, know your Power\, lead with Empathy\, remain Authentic\, and have the Knowledge to back it up.” \nTunde Oyeneyin is a Texas native of Nigerian descent\, who began her career as a professional makeup artist and brand educator for some of the most sought-after beauty lines in the world. She developed and harnessed her talents for over 15 years\, “gifting people with confidence.” Tunde struggled with her body image and self-esteem throughout her entire childhood and into her adult life\, until fitness offered her a greater form of self-love. \nEventually\, she realized her true calling was to motivate people to join her in becoming the best version of themselves. After starting out as a cycling instructor in Los Angeles\, Tunde landed a coveted spot on Peloton’s superstar instructor team. No registration is required to watch the event virtually on Facebook Live\, though encouraged to receive Eventbrite reminders. \nDesus Nice & The Kid Mero (aka: THE BODEGA BOYS) have been dominating the late-night game and podcast world. Desus & Mero turned their Bronx-born friendship into a growing brand starting with their podcast\, The Bodega Boys\, which helped them amass an enthusiastic following for their smart and comedic off-the-cuff musings on topics including pop culture\, politics\, sports\, music\, and everything in between. The duo stars in Showtime’s first ever weekly late-night talk show\, Desus & Mero\, which is currently airing its third season of noteworthy guests and memorable conversations. They released their first book in Spring 2020\, God-Level Knowledge Darts: Life Lessons from the Bronx\, which is a guide to what they have learned\, after years in the Bronx streets\, and subsequently conducted a successful Virtual Book Tour in the height of COVID. \nPrior to their massively successful show with Showtime\, Desus & Mero starred on the Viceland series\, The Bodega Boys\, hosting a late-night show of the same name as their weekly podcast. Previously\, they appeared on Complex (Desus Vs. Mero) and MTV (Joking Off). The pair has been featured in the New York Times\, Vanity Fair\, Los Angeles Times\, Hollywood Reporter\, Variety\, and New York Magazine. Please check back for Eventbrite registration. \nThibault Manekin will be in conversation with John Brothers about his life and work. \nFrom the time he was little growing in Baltimore City\, Thibault Manekin wrestled to understand why we as human beings seemed so divided. In 2002\, Thibault traveled to South Africa\, where he combined his passion for bringing people together with a love of sports to help create Peace Players\, a nonprofit with the mission of bringing together children from war-torn countries around the world through basketball and dialogue. In 2006\, Thibault moved back to Baltimore where he helped start Seawall\, an impact driven company made up of passionate social entrepreneurs who believe in re-imagining the real estate industry as we know it. \nIn 2020\, fascinated by the lessons he learned over the years\, Thibault launched the Larger Than Yourself podcast\, a collaborative space for brave people to share how they are helping small ideas become powerful movements. The mission is to amplify the impact of their stories and inspire the courage in others to reimagine industries\, lead with purpose\, and challenge the status quo. In November of 2021\, Thibault’s released his first book\, Larger Than Yourself. \nJohn Brothers currently serves as the President of the T. Rowe Price Foundation and President of T. Rowe Price Charitable. Dr. Brothers comes to T.
